Welcome to Krishi Bandhu! By accessing our website, mobile application, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. General Use

  • By using Krishi Bandhu, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
  • Krishi Bandhu reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

2. Services

  • Our services include Farm Health Reports, Soil Testing, Crop Advisory, Palakar Farming Model, Franchise Opportunities, and Product Sales.
  • Advisory reports are provided based on available data (satellite, soil, weather) and should be used as guidance only. Farmers are responsible for final farming decisions.
  • Service fees are non-refundable once a report/advisory is delivered. (See Refund Policy)

3. Products

  • We strive to deliver high-quality seeds, organic products, and farm supplies.
  • Product descriptions are for information only; actual results may vary based on farm conditions.
  • Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, fresh produce) cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged.
  • Returns and refunds will follow our Refund & Returns Policy.

4. Palakar Program (Profit Sharing Farming)

  • Agreements are signed between Krishi Bandhu and landowners for a 50-50 investment and profit-sharing model.
  • Both parties must share expenses and returns as per the signed contract.
  • Krishi Bandhu is not liable for losses due to natural calamities, pest outbreaks, or market fluctuations beyond its control.

5. Franchise & Partnership

  • Franchisees and partners are required to follow Krishi Bandhu’s business guidelines, branding rules, and operational standards.
  • Franchise/partnership fees are non-refundable once paid.
  • Krishi Bandhu reserves the right to terminate partnerships if rules are violated or brand misuse is found.

6. Payments

  • Payments for services, products, or franchise must be made through approved payment channels.
  • Any fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity will lead to immediate suspension of services.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, logos, designs, and materials are owned by Krishi Bandhu.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Krishi Bandhu provides services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific yields, profits, or outcomes.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by weather, pests, market fluctuations, or misuse of advisory reports.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • By using our platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding data collection and usage.
  • We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal and farm data.

10. Termination

  • Krishi Bandhu may suspend or terminate services for users who violate these Terms & Conditions.
  • You may also stop using our services anytime, subject to applicable cancellation policies.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
