1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver across India.
- Some products may have delivery restrictions depending on location, weight, or product category.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days (depending on location).
- Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days.
- Express delivery (if available): 2–3 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location.
- Free shipping may apply on selected products or promotional offers.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
- You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.
6. Delays & Exceptions
- Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, or courier delays.
- If your order is delayed by more than 7 days beyond the expected delivery date, please contact our support team.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- We will arrange a replacement as per our Return Policy.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, we do not ship outside India.
