Refund & Returns Policy – Krishi Bandhu

At Krishi Bandhu, we aim to provide farmers, customers, and partners with the best possible products and services. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel, return, or request a refund. This policy outlines the process and conditions.

1. Services (Farm Health, Soil Testing, Advisory)

  • Non-refundable Services: Once a farm health report, soil test, or advisory has been generated, the fee is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations: If you cancel before the service is delivered, you may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting processing charges).
  • Technical Issues: If you are charged but do not receive the service due to technical errors, we will re-deliver the service or issue a full refund.

2. Products (Seeds, Organic Inputs, Farm Supplies)

  • Eligible for Return: Damaged, defective, or expired products delivered by Krishi Bandhu or its partners.
  • Return Window: Products must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Returned products must be unused, sealed (if applicable), and in original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, fresh produce) cannot be returned once delivered unless damaged on arrival.

3. Franchise / Partnership Fees

  • Non-refundable: Franchise registration fees, training fees, or partnership fees are non-refundable once paid, as they cover onboarding, training, and resource allocation.
  • Special Cases: If Krishi Bandhu cancels a franchise agreement before commencement, a partial refund may be considered.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original mode of payment.
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
