đźš« Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At Krishi Bandhu, we strive to provide the best agricultural products and customer service. Please read our cancellations and refunds policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us via Phone, WhatsApp, or Email with your Order ID.

2. Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI (you must share bank/UPI details).
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the cancellation was due to our error.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
  • Products without original packaging, accessories, or tags.
  • Customized or special-order products.

4. Returns & Replacements

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A replacement or store credit will be offered, subject to product availability.
  • Photos/videos of the damaged/defective product are required for verification.

5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank/payment provider first.
  • If the issue persists, contact our support team with your refund reference number.
